Manual therapy or orthopedic treatment with manipulations consists of a variety of techniques and manipulations, which help in the treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological diseases. Depending on the patient's condition, the correct evaluation is performed in order to select the appropriate technique that will help in the treatment of his condition.
Techniques in Musculoskeletal Diseases

Maitland Method: The Maitland Method is one of the most important techniques of Orthopedic Treatment with manipulations aimed at restoring the injuries and diseases of the peripheral joints and the spine.

Manipulation - Mobilization: It consists of special techniques for mobilizing the peripheral joints performed by the Physiotherapist and aim to reduce the pain and increase the trajectory of the joint.

Mckenzie Method: The basic principle in this method is the correct evaluation of the Spine and the appropriate exercise book for the patient to deal with any musculoskeletal problem of mechanical etiology.
